I had so many issues with Tweening in flash. Objects from my characters would fly over the screen, and boy it was frustrating. I looked it up in Google and found this thread in Newgrounds:

My problem was when I had everything ready to animate I didn't adjust the white balls for each object.

AND IT SOLVED EVERYTHING.
