Trying a different coloring technique inspired from video

I'm always open to trying something new to render my images. My friend posted a video that inspired me to try coloring my people in a different way. I like it! Though there's many things I would definitely  adjust the next time I do this. I did not spend any time on the background, but its okay I will next time, this was just a "Sketch"
